Special offers cannot be combined.

The price of the forum package includes:

- participation the Forum,

- informational materials,

- coffee breaks,

- launch, networking programs,

- evening reception.

Choosing the type of ticket delegate undertakes to prepay no later than the deadlines set. If a delegate violates the terms of payment, but confirms his intention to participate in the Forum, he/she will be billed automatically.

Cancellation of participation: if a delegate paid for participation, but for any reasons will not be able to take part in the Forum, the cancellation of participation occurs on the following conditions: organizing committee returns the sum of 80 % received payment, if the cancellation request is made 21 or more days before the forum. If the delegate sends the application for cancellation of his/her

participation less than 21 days before the date of the Forum, the registration fee is not returned. Also if a delegate for any reason didn’t participate in the Forum and hadn’t informed organizing committee with a letter, the registration fee is not returned.
